This program, offered in partnership with the Le Transit school , provides therapeutic group workshops as well as support to reintegrate a regular school environment for children with behavioural and mental health issues.
The goal of a day treatment centre is to allow the child to learn and develop in a reassuring environment so they can reintegrate their regular school environment as soon as possible.
Who is this service for?
- Children and youth aged 4 to 12 years old
- Children and youth with complex needs (behavioural and mental health issues)

- Therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, parents and groups.
- Services in the child’s living environment.
- Interventions based on a child development approach and the bonding ties
- Personalized teaching to meet each child’s educational needs.
- Teaching model based on individual learning in order to build on what’s been achieved, from an academic, social and emotional learning standpoint.
How can we access these services?
For a child to be admitted to a day treatment centre, the child’s regular school must first submit a request to coordinated access.
